Exhibit shows several common decision structures, and in a very rudimentary fashion, rates their reliance on insights from the behavior fundamentals to guide decision making. For example, several commonly used decision structures (peer review panels+, polls) play scant attention to managing how their decisions affect the satisfaction of the recipients of those decisions.
