What's the difference between glossary and keyword?
Glossary items are specialized terms from either industry or from the World Class R&D Institute. These require definition for those who are not involved in day-to-day R&D activities. The first instance of a specific glossary item in an article is identified by having a cross + to the right of the item. You can view the definition of the item either by clicking on the + or moving the mouse so the cursor hovers over the +. Clicking on the + gives you access to any articles that are 'definitional' for the glossary item.
Keywords are those words that appear (or will appear) frequently in the website. They are often not specialized terms (e.g., management). Many glossary items are used frequently and so they also appear as keywords. These represent the vocabulary (so-to-speak) of World Class R&D.
Keywords are not called out in the body of the article, but are often shown to the right of the article in a colorful mini 'word cloud'. Each keyword in this word cloud is hotlinked to articles that contain the keyword.
