This is not a website dedicated to making you a World Class R&D manager. That is not one of the Key Areas of Focus. Rather this website, and the World Class R&D community is much more about building World Class R&D organizations. You have a much greater chance to become a World Class leader in one of these organizations. We intend to make much of the behavioral issues self-correct autonomously. You will have a much lower hurdle of behaviors with which to concern yourself as a leader. But even then, all we can do is make it easy for good leaders to become great. We can't make leaders when there isn't the material at hand with which to work.
