Each of the recommendations on the website are used extensively in some industry or productive capacity (e.g., Alternate Competing Hypotheses⁺ ACH comes from the CIA). The design of World Class R&D is to take proven practices and customize them for each industry and firm. A few of the recommendations are already implemented in your industry. But no one has yet (6/10) incorporated the full design of World Class R&D completely or substantially into an industrial R&D setting.
